Provide virtual primary care for One Medical patients through scheduled video visits and asynchronous messaging, managing acute concerns, chronic conditions, and preventive/well visits. Care is delivered through a tech-enabled, evidence-based model that emphasizes standard protocols, regular clinical learning, and team-based support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth visits through video appointments and message-based care.
- Manage a broad range of primary care needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits.
- Use standard work and clinical protocols to deliver evidence-based care.
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning activities.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership through daily huddles.
- Provide collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues.
- Use technology to deliver high-quality virtual care across asynchronous and synchronous channels.
Required
- Completed an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active state medical license in CA, NY, or DC.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in primary care or virtual primary care.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain at least 15 state licenses.
Preferred
- Experience with virtual care or virtual primary care.
