About NovaVia Health
NovaVia Health provides advanced, integrative care for women navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, and complex medical, hormonal, and behavioral comorbidities. Our model integrates women’s health, precision-informed primary care, and thoughtful diagnostic processes to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
We operate on a top-of-line EMR and technology platform that supports streamlined workflows, high-quality documentation, structured assessments, and data-informed clinical decision-making. Clinicians are highly trained on our standardized protocols and SOPs, supported by a clear clinical framework that promotes consistency, high-quality care, and ease of practice. We look for therapists who are tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable practicing in a digital-first environment.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time, independently licensed behavioral health therapist with EMDR training and strong experience treating neurodivergent adults. This role begins at 7–10 hours per week, with the potential for a full-time W-2 position based on performance, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for a clinician who enjoys providing nuanced, trauma-informed psychotherapy to women whose ADHD and neurodivergence intersect with anxiety, depression, trauma, and hormonal transitions.
Clinical Responsibilities
1. Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy
Deliver comprehensive telehealth psychotherapy across intake, acute, and ongoing treatment for adult women with ADHD and neurodivergence.
Provide EMDR therapy to patients presenting with trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-linked anxiety, adapting the protocol for neurodivergent presentations.
Conduct structured biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and outcome tracking using validated measures.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans that account for medical, hormonal, and behavioral interactions.
2. Neurodivergence-Informed Care
Assess and treat conditions commonly seen among neurodivergent women, including anxiety, depression, PMDD-related mood symptoms, rejection-sensitive dysphoria, emotional dysregulation, and sleep disturbance.
Adapt therapeutic pacing, structure, and communication to executive-function, sensory, and attention differences.
Apply modalities beyond EMDR as clinically indicated (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed skills, ACT, IFS-informed approaches).
Coordinate care around hormonal transitions (perimenopause, menopause, cycle-linked mood changes) in partnership with the medical team.
3. Collaboration & Care Coordination
Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, PA-Cs, and the psychiatric care team on integrated treatment for patients on stimulants, non-stimulants, SSRIs, SNRIs, and related therapies.
Support transitions of care, follow-up plans, referrals, and patient education.
Escalate clinical concerns, including safety and risk, appropriately and in alignment with NovaVia protocols.
Contribute to case consultation and interdisciplinary review.
4. Tech-Enabled Care Delivery
Use NovaVia’s advanced EMR, clinical dashboards, structured workflows, and decision-support tools to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation that supports continuity of care and meets clinical quality standards.
Engage in digital communication and follow-up within established guidelines for patient safety and clarity.
Practice within NovaVia’s standardized clinical protocols and SOPs. Comprehensive training is provided.

Ability to integrate medical, hormonal, and behavioral considerations into clinical decision-making.
High proficiency with tech-enabled clinical tools, EMRs, telehealth platforms, and digital workflows.
Excellent clinical judgment, concise documentation, and reliable follow-through.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
No licensing restrictions or disciplinary history.
Preferred Experience
EMDRIA certification and experience adapting EMDR for neurodivergent and ADHD populations.
Clinical experience in women’s mental health across the reproductive lifespan (PMDD, perimenopause, menopause-related mood changes).
Familiarity with comorbidities common among neurodivergent women (anxiety, depression, complex trauma).
Experience in interdisciplinary, integrative, or collaborative care environments.
