Provide virtual neurology care for patients with a broad range of neurological complaints, including headache, epilepsy, and memory concerns. The role focuses on ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and longitudinal follow-up rather than one-time consultations, with care plans that may address lifestyle factors, symptom management, and medication adjustments. Clinicians also support patients asynchronously through chat and contribute to patient education content in a tech-enabled, multidisciplinary practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and examine patients presenting with neurological complaints.
- Provide diagnoses and personalized care plans that support health goals and symptom management.
- Review labs and imaging relevant to patient care.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits and adjust medications as needed.
- Provide chat-based support to patients throughout their care journey.
- Generate educational content for blogs and the online content library.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in a virtual care model.
Required
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Ability to commit to 8-16 hours per week for part-time work or 32 hours per week for full-time work.
