Provide virtual and hybrid neurology care for patients with a broad range of neurological complaints, including chronic headaches, epilepsy, and memory-related disorders. The role centers on longitudinal follow-up, medication adjustment, interpretation of labs and imaging, and supportive counseling around lifestyle and symptom management. Care is delivered through a tech-enabled, multidisciplinary model that also includes chat-based support and patient education content.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and examine patients with neurological complaints.
- Provide diagnoses and individualized care plans across diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and related health goals.
- Review labs and imaging to support patient care decisions.
- Administer injections as part of treatment.
- Provide regular follow-up visits and adjust medications over time.
- Provide chat-based support for patients navigating difficult conditions.
- Generate educational content for blogs and the content library.
Required
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Availability for 1-2 days per week onsite.
- Ability to commit to 8-16 hours per week for part-time work or 32 hours per week for full-time work.
