Provide neurology care for adolescents and adults with a wide range of neurological complaints in a tech-enabled, longitudinal setting. The role combines virtual follow-up with periodic onsite visits for personal injury patients, medication management, review of labs and imaging, and administration of injections. Clinicians also support patients through chat-based communication and contribute educational content for an online resource library.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and examine patients ages 14 and older with neurological complaints.
- Provide diagnoses and care plans that address neurologic symptoms and related health goals such as sleep, stress management, diet, and exercise.
- Review labs and imaging to support patient care.
- Administer injections as part of treatment.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to adjust medications and monitor progress.
- Provide chat-based support to patients during difficult care journeys.
- Generate educational content for blogs and the content library.
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician associate.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology through ABPN.
- Ability to work 1-2 days per week onsite seeing personal injury patients.
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week remotely seeing general/non-personal injury patients.

- Experience in general neurology care.
