Provide virtual neurology care for patients with a wide range of neurological complaints, using evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, and longitudinal treatment plans. Follow patients over time, review labs and imaging, adjust medications, and support care goals related to sleep, stress management, exercise, and diet. Work within a multidisciplinary, tech-enabled model that includes chat-based patient support and educational content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with neurological complaints and develop diagnosis and care plans.
- Review appropriate labs and imaging to support clinical decision-making.
- Provide follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust medications.
- Deliver chat-based support to patients navigating complex care journeys.
- Create educational content for online blogs and the content library.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate longitudinal neurologic care.
- Document care accurately and complete required handoff forms to support continuity.
Required
- Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical licenses in California, New York, and additional states as needed.
- Strong clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and effective decision-making skills.
- Active, patient-centered listening and a collaborative approach to care.
Preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Experience working in a virtual or telehealth care model.
- Background in evidence-based treatment of neurological disorders.
- Familiarity with collaborative, multidisciplinary care teams.
