Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for a correctional population, with a mix of telehealth and on-site care. The role also includes developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This is a part-time hybrid position with both remote and facility-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations for inmates/residents in a correctional setting.
- Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow-up.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility policies.
- Support administrative and clinical coordination of the behavioral health program.
Required
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Valid California medical license.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with telehealth and on-site care.

- Experience in correctional or detention facility settings.
