Provide fully virtual, ongoing women’s midlife health care for patients navigating perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep concerns. The role centers on independent clinical decision-making, including HRT management and evaluation for pharmacologic weight loss therapies such as GLP-1s. Visits are relationship-based and high-volume, with an emphasis on efficient documentation, follow-through, and accurate care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits for a continuous panel of women’s midlife health patients.
- Provide ongoing management of perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
- Prescribe and titrate hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management and prescribe GLP-1 therapies when appropriate.
- Address related concerns including sexual health, mood, and sleep.
- Document care thoroughly and maintain productivity in a high-volume setting.
- Use telemedicine tools, EHR workflows, and AI scribe/support platforms in daily practice.
- Coordinate follow-through and close clinical loops independently within protocol-driven care.
Required
- Active board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- At least 3 years of independent experience managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- At least 3 years of independent experience prescribing and titrating HRT.
- At least 3 years of experience managing an ongoing NP patient panel.
- At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Active Pennsylvania license and multiple active state licenses.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
Preferred
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP).
- Certification in Obesity Medicine.
