Provide ongoing virtual care for women in midlife, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep. The role centers on relationship-based telemedicine visits with a full patient panel and autonomous clinical decision-making. It also includes prescribing and managing HRT, evaluating patients for GLP-1 and other pharmacologic weight management therapies, and working in a high-volume, documentation-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous telemedicine visits for women’s midlife health concerns.
- Manage ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
- Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies.
- Maintain an active patient panel and provide longitudinal relationship-based care.
- Document visits accurately and complete follow-through in a high-volume virtual workflow.
- Use telehealth platforms, EHR tools, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support systems.
- Coordinate care within a protocol-driven model while exercising clinical autonomy.
Required
- Active board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- At least 3 years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- At least 3 years of experience independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel.
- At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
Preferred
- DEA certification.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP).
- Certification in Obesity Medicine.
