Provide ongoing virtual care for women in midlife, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep. You will manage a continuous patient panel, make autonomous treatment decisions, and prescribe and titrate therapies such as HRT and GLP-1 medications. The role is fast-paced and documentation-heavy, with strong emphasis on efficient visits, accurate follow-through, and comfort working across telehealth tools and clinical decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous telemedicine visits for women’s midlife health concerns.
- Manage a continuous patient panel with relationship-based follow-up over time.
- Prescribe and independently manage hormone therapy, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management and prescribe GLP-1 therapies when appropriate.
- Address related concerns such as sexual health, mood, and sleep during ongoing care visits.
- Document encounters accurately and complete follow-through in a high-volume virtual setting.
- Use EHR, video platforms, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support systems.
- Participate in protocol-driven care while exercising autonomous clinical judgment.
Required
- Active board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- At least 3 years of independent experience managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- At least 3 years of independent experience prescribing and titrating HRT.
- At least 3 years of experience managing an ongoing NP patient panel.
- At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Multiple active state licenses.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
Preferred
- DEA registration.
- Certification in Menopause (MSCP).
- Certification in Obesity Medicine.
