Provide ongoing virtual care for women in midlife, primarily treating perimenopause, menopause, weight concerns, sexual health, mood, and sleep. Manage a continuous patient panel with autonomous clinical decision-making, including hormone therapy and medication management for weight-related care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous telemedicine visits with an ongoing panel of women in midlife.
- Provide assessment and treatment for perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, mood, and sleep concerns.
- Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management and prescribe GLP-1 therapies when appropriate.
- Coordinate follow-through, documentation, and closed-loop care in a high-volume virtual setting.
- Use EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support tools in daily workflow.
- Participate in protocol-driven care while maintaining full clinical autonomy within scope.
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Multiple active state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
- Board certification as FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.
- At least 3 years of independent experience managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
- At least 3 years of independent HRT prescribing and titration experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel.
- At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
- At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
Preferred
- DEA registration.
- Menopause certification (MSCP).
- Obesity Medicine certification.
