Provide remote psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through assessments, treatment planning, medication management, and therapy. This role also includes coordinating referrals when needed, documenting care promptly, and working closely with administrative and leadership support in a collaborative telepsychiatry practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate current mental status.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications.
- Deliver therapy services for adult and/or child and adolescent patients.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support patient experience and outcomes.
- Use administrative support and patient management tools to help manage care workflows.
Required
- Hold an active Nevada license and certification.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatrist.
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Have experience providing both medication management and therapy.
Preferred
- Have experience working in telepsychiatry.
- Have experience in a collaborative group practice setting.
- Be comfortable using technology-enabled patient management platforms.
