This role provides telepsychiatry care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on psychiatric assessment, medication management, and therapy. The clinician develops treatment plans, documents care, and refers patients for psychiatry services when needed. It is a fully remote contract position with structured administrative and clinician support in a collaborative practice model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate patients’ current mental state.
- Provide compassionate therapy and medication management for child, adolescent, and adult patients.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Refer patients for additional psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support positive patient experiences and outcomes.
- Use a patient management system and administrative support resources to manage clinical workflows.
Required
- Licensed and certified in Oregon.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
Preferred
- Experience in telepsychiatry or remote care.
- Experience working in a collaborative group practice model.
- Interest in ongoing learning and mental health care.
