Provide telepsychiatry care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and therapy. The role also includes coordinating referrals when needed, documenting care promptly, and working with an executive team in a collaborative practice model. Clinicians use a structured support system and a patient management platform in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments to evaluate current mental state and care needs.
- Provide medication management and therapy for adult and child/adolescent patients.
- Develop treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support patient experience and outcomes.
- Use a patient management system and administrative support workflow to support care delivery.
Required
- Active California licensure and certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
Preferred
- Experience working in telepsychiatry or remote behavioral health care.
