Provide telepsychiatry care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on psychiatric assessments, treatment planning, medication management, and therapy. This contract role is fully remote and includes collaboration with administrative support and executive leadership to help deliver coordinated patient care. The practice emphasizes a flexible, collaborative model with structured support and a patient management system to streamline documentation and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments of patients’ current mental state.
- Provide medication management and psychotherapy for adult and pediatric populations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support mental health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when clinically appropriate.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes.
- Use the patient management system and administrative support resources to support daily workflow.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification in Washington State.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent patient populations.
- Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
Preferred
- Experience in telepsychiatry or remote behavioral health care.
- Interest in collaborative, team-based psychiatric practice.
