Key Responsibilities
- Conduct utilization reviews for psychiatric medical cases.
- Participate in peer-to-peer conversations during daytime hours.
- Apply clinical judgment to review records in a technology-driven review workflow.
- Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements for sensitive health information.
- Work independently as a contract clinician in a remote setting.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Current, unencumbered Texas medical license.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, including residency training.
