Provide virtual reproductive endocrinology support to adult members through short video consults and asynchronous messaging, with a focus on fertility evaluation, infertility education, and ART-related questions. The work centers on helping members understand fertility journeys and possible causes of infertility, while also coordinating appropriate in-person referrals and follow-up care. This is a part-time, telehealth-based contractor role within a multidisciplinary digital care platform for women and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits with adult members through video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Educate members about fertility assessments, assisted reproductive technologies, and the overall fertility journey.
- Review common causes of infertility, including PCOS, endometriosis, anovulation, and male factor infertility.
- Answer questions that members did not address in their in-person REI visit and help prepare questions for future visits.
- Document encounter summaries in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
- Provide culturally humble, evidence-based support within a virtual care model.
- Participate in optional lectures, panels, and member education activities as needed.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Residency in the United States.
- Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week.
- At least 2 years of prior telehealth experience.
- Comfort providing care through a digital health platform.
