Provide virtual OB/GYN care for women and families through video visits and asynchronous messaging, with coaching and general support across pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, menopause, and common outpatient gynecologic concerns. You will also help members navigate next steps by coordinating referrals and follow-up care when in-person evaluation is needed. The role is part-time and contract-based, with work delivered through a secure telehealth platform and a multidisciplinary virtual care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care through video consults, asynchronous messaging, coaching, and general support within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with Care Advocate team members to coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care.
- Moderate and contribute to the member forum while ensuring clinical accuracy in responses.
- Recommend in-person referrals when member needs require hands-on evaluation or treatment.
- Use the telehealth platform to support members across a wide range of women’s health concerns.
- Participate in educational or community-based activities such as virtual member classes, articles, panels, or lectures as needed.
Required
- Active MD or DO license.
- Current New Mexico and/or South Dakota license.
- Board certification in OB-GYN.
- Ability to coach and educate members on pregnancy, postpartum care, fertility challenges, menopause, and common outpatient gynecologic issues.
- Ability to commit to 5 hours per week.
- No open licensing board complaints and no probated or restricted licensure.
