Provide virtual care to women and families through video visits and asynchronous messaging, with a focus on evidence-based support across fertility, maternity and newborn care, parenting and pediatrics, and menopause. Care is delivered in a digital platform for a broad member population, with collaboration on referrals and follow-up when in-person care is needed. The role also includes working with a multidisciplinary provider network and participating in unique member education and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual visits and asynchronous messaging with members
- Provide direct care and support across women’s and family health needs
- Collaborate with Care Advocate team members on referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care
- Recommend in-person care when appropriate
- Use a secure telehealth platform to deliver video and private messaging visits
- Participate in community forums, virtual member classes, and other member engagement activities
- Serve as an ambassador of culturally humble, evidence-based care
Required
- Active certification or license in the relevant specialty area
- Ability to provide direct member care, ideally 5-10 hours per week
- Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for women’s and family health
Preferred
- Experience working in telehealth or virtual care
- Background in women’s health, fertility, maternity, newborn care, pediatrics, or menopause
- Comfort working with a global, digitally enabled patient population
