Provide virtual primary care to adult members with a focus on general health, women’s health, preventive care, and common acute concerns such as UTIs, respiratory infections, skin conditions, allergies, and vaccination guidance. Care is delivered through brief video visits and asynchronous messaging, with follow-up coordination and referral recommendations as needed. The role also supports culturally diverse members across regions and may include participation in educational or community-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual primary care through 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Address general health, women’s health, preventive care, and common acute issues, including UTIs, colds, flu, COVID-19, rashes, pink eye, allergies, and vaccinations.
- Document encounter summaries in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Recommend in-person evaluation or follow-up when clinically appropriate.
- Deliver culturally humble, cross-cultural care to a diverse member population.
- Participate in optional member education activities, such as virtual classes, forums, lectures, panels, or article review.
Required
- Licensed General Practitioner, Primary Care Physician, or equivalent physician eligible to practice in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Licensed and in good standing with the applicable medical regulatory authority.
- At least 3 years of primary care and/or telehealth experience.
- Ability to provide direct member care for a minimum of 5 hours per week.
- Reside in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or Singapore.

- Experience delivering care through a digital health platform.
