Provide virtual fertility and reproductive health support to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on education, guidance, and member coaching throughout the fertility journey. This role also helps members navigate treatment options, interpret common infertility causes, and prepare for conversations with in-person providers. The work is delivered through a digital health platform and includes culturally humble care for a global member base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care, education, guidance, and support for fertility and reproductive health needs.
- Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the overall fertility journey.
- Explain common causes of infertility and help members understand next steps.
- Advise members on questions to ask in-person providers and help bridge language or cultural gaps.
- Support members in selecting appropriate clinics and navigating care between facilities.
- Document encounter summaries in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with the Care Delivery team on referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care.
- Participate in virtual care activities such as video visits and private messaging.
Required
- Current residence in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, spoken and written.
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid practicing license in good standing.
- Recognized nursing or midwifery qualification.
- Part-time availability of approximately 2 hours per week as an independent contractor.
- No history of malpractice claims or disciplinary action.
Preferred
- Additional training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics and gynecology, or fertility/IVF.
- Experience with assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF, IUI, or egg freezing.
- Prior telehealth or digital health platform experience.
