Provide evidence-based mental health care for patients through intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Care is delivered within a connected network that also makes it easy to refer patients to therapy and coaching services. The role supports whole-person, culturally responsive care for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake appointments and regular follow-up visits for mental health care.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage psychiatric medications.
- Provide evidence-based treatment within a collaborative provider network.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside medication care.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients’ backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to support care delivery and scheduling.
- Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and training opportunities.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner licensure or certification as a physician assistant (PA-C).
- Experience or strong interest in mental health care.
- Ability to provide contract-based clinical services.
Preferred
- Experience providing psychiatric medication management.
- Experience in virtual and/or in-person outpatient mental health care.
- Interest in working within a tech-enabled care model.
