The clinician performs comprehensive psychological testing and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention recommendations. The work centers on neurodiversity-related concerns, including ADHD, autism, and learning differences, with an emphasis on actionable behavioral health insights. This is a contract role and includes collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams in a tech-enabled mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
- Provide diagnostic clarification for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and related behavioral health concerns.
- Support treatment planning and intervention strategies with evaluation findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes.
- Deliver actionable insights for whole-person mental health care across pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
- Use a detailed, data-informed approach to assessment and documentation.
Required
- Licensed psychologist with training in psychological assessment.
- Experience evaluating children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099).
Preferred
- Experience with neurodiversity assessments, including ADHD and autism.
- Familiarity with psychoeducational testing and learning differences.
- Comfort working in a process-oriented, data-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams.
