The clinician performs comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention recommendations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and related behavioral health concerns. This role centers on evaluation rather than ongoing therapy and supports whole-person, whole-family mental health care. The psychologist also collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams and uses assessment findings to guide next-step care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations across the lifespan.
- Assess for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other behavioral health complexities.
- Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations to support treatment planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Document assessment results clearly to support intervention strategies and continuity of care.
- Use data-driven, detailed testing processes to inform clinical decision-making.
Required
- Doctoral degree in psychology.
- Licensed psychologist or eligible for independent practice, as appropriate to the role.
- Experience conducting psychological or psychoeducational assessments.
- Ability to evaluate children, adolescents, and adults.
