The clinician performs comprehensive psychological testing and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention recommendations. The work centers on neurodiversity-related concerns, including ADHD, autism, learning differences, and broader behavioral health complexities. This is a contract role that collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams and uses assessment findings to guide whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational and psychological evaluations across pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
- Provide diagnostic insights to support treatment planning and intervention strategies.
- Assess ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other behavioral health concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to align evaluation findings with care recommendations.
- Document assessment results clearly and translate data into actionable clinical guidance.
- Use a detailed, data-informed approach to support clinical decision-making.
Required
- Licensed psychologist with training and experience in psychological testing and assessment.
- Experience evaluating children, adolescents, and/or adults in behavioral health settings.
- Ability to perform comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological evaluations.
- Contract-based work arrangement.
Preferred
- Experience with neurodiversity-focused evaluations, including ADHD and autism.
- Comfort working in a process-oriented, data-driven practice.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical needs.
