Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention support for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other behavioral health concerns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations for whole-person mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Assess children, adolescents, and adults with neurodiversity-related concerns and other behavioral health complexities.
- Provide clear, actionable findings and recommendations based on assessment data.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support coordinated care.
- Use detailed, data-informed testing processes to inform intervention strategies.
- Document evaluation results and clinical impressions to guide next steps in care.
Required
- Licensed psychologist with training or experience in psychological testing and assessment.
- Experience evaluating pediatric, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
- Ability to perform comprehensive diagnostic and psychoeducational assessments.
Preferred
- Experience assessing ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
- Comfort working in a results-driven, process-oriented, and data-informed setting.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and adaptability.
