Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention decisions, with a focus on ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other behavioral health concerns. Provide actionable evaluation findings that inform whole-person, whole-family mental health care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. This is a contract role for clinicians who are detail-oriented, data-informed, and comfortable working independently in a tech-enabled care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
- Assess ADHD, autism, learning differences, and related behavioral health conditions.
- Provide diagnostic impressions and recommendations that support treatment planning and intervention strategies.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to align assessment findings with ongoing care.
- Use testing and evaluation results to generate clear, actionable clinical insights.
- Document assessment findings and recommendations in a thorough, detail-oriented manner.
Required
- Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field qualifying for psychological testing practice.
- Experience performing comprehensive psychological assessments.
- Ability to evaluate children, adolescents, and adults.
- Independent contractor status for this 1099 role.
Preferred
- Experience with neurodiversity-focused assessments, including ADHD and autism.
- Comfort working in a results-driven, process-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical needs.
