Provide virtual psychiatric care for patients primarily seeking treatment for anxiety and depression, using live video intake and follow-up visits. The work centers on psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with referral pathways to therapy and coaching as part of coordinated mental health care. Care is delivered through a tech-enabled platform designed to support scheduling, matching, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live video psychiatric intake evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health needs.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric treatment.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
- Participate in a connected network with opportunities for training and clinical consultation.
Required
- MD or DO with psychiatry training, or an NP/PA-C with prescribing authority.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry, if applying as a physician.
- Eligibility to work as a 1099 contract provider.
- Experience managing anxiety and depression is strongly implied.
Preferred
- Experience providing telepsychiatry or virtual mental health care.
- Background in culturally responsive or whole-person mental health care.
