Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for patients through live video intake visits and ongoing follow-up appointments, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Care is delivered in a whole-person, whole-family mental health model for individuals from diverse backgrounds, with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching as part of a connected care network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute video intake psychiatric evaluations and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for a range of mental health needs.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for patients’ backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
- Collaborate within a connected provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support patient care and scheduling workflows.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Eligible for contract-based psychiatric practice.
Preferred
- Experience providing virtual psychiatric care.
- Interest in evidence-based, whole-person mental health care.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, tech-enabled care model.
