The psychiatrist provides evidence-based mental health care through live video intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients from diverse backgrounds. Care is delivered in a whole-person, culturally responsive model, with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching when needed. The role is contract-based and supported by an integrated, tech-enabled provider platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute video intake evaluations and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric assessments and medication management.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Work within a connected network of therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care.
- Ability to deliver care via live video visits.

- Interest in whole-person and whole-family mental health care.
- Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary care models.
- Familiarity with culturally responsive care approaches.
- Prior telepsychiatry experience.
