Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals through live video intakes and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. The role supports whole-person, whole-family mental health care and emphasizes culturally responsive treatment for patients from diverse backgrounds and needs. Care is delivered within a connected network that also makes therapy and coaching referrals easy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute video psychiatric intake evaluations and regular follow-up appointments.
- Provide medication management and evidence-based psychiatric treatment.
- Refer patients to therapy and coaching services when appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients’ backgrounds, abilities, and needs.
- Collaborate within a connected provider network alongside therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support patient care and scheduling workflows.
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
- Active medical licensure appropriate for practicing psychiatry.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.
Preferred
- Interest in whole-person and whole-family mental health care.
- Experience working in culturally responsive care settings.
- Familiarity with telepsychiatry or virtual behavioral health care.
- Comfort collaborating with therapists, coaches, and other care team members.
