Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for patients through live video intake visits and regular follow-up appointments, with a focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Care is designed to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities, with an emphasis on culturally responsive mental health treatment. Referrals to therapy and coaching are integrated into the workflow when additional support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video psychiatric intake evaluations.
- Provide follow-up psychiatric care and medication management.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients’ backgrounds and needs.
- Work within a connected provider network supported by clinical consultation and provider tools.
- Participate in whole-person, whole-family mental health care.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Active medical license and eligibility to practice psychiatry.
- Contractor status for 1099 work.
Preferred
- Experience providing telepsychiatry or virtual care.
- Interest in evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health treatment.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary or integrated behavioral health settings.
