Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live video intakes and follow-up visits, with a focus on evaluations and medication management for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Care is delivered in a whole-person, whole-family mental health model with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching when additional support is needed. The role is contract-based and part of a connected, technology-supported provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video psychiatric intake appointments.
- Provide regular follow-up visits and medication management.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients with varied needs and abilities.
- Work within a connected provider network to support coordinated mental health care.
- Use a provider platform and advanced matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling.
Required
- MD or DO with training in psychiatry.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Ability to provide telepsychiatry care via video visits.
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor.
Preferred
- Experience providing whole-person or family-focused mental health care.
- Experience working with culturally responsive care models.
- Prior experience in a tech-enabled or virtual care environment.
