Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a diverse patient population through live video intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Care is delivered in a whole-person, culturally responsive model, with easy referral to therapy and coaching when needed. The role is contracted and supported by an AI-enabled provider platform and matching workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric care.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients from different backgrounds, experiences, needs, and abilities.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support scheduling and care delivery.
- Participate in a connected provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
Required
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with psychiatry training.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Eligible for contract-based psychiatric practice.
Preferred
- Experience providing telepsychiatry or video-based care.
- Interest in whole-person and family-centered mental health care.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model.
