Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management through live 60-minute video intakes and regular follow-up visits for a diverse adult mental health population. The role centers on longitudinal treatment planning, risk assessment, and prescribing, with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching when clinically appropriate. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that supports culturally responsive, patient-centered treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and medication management visits via video
- Provide 60-minute intake appointments and ongoing follow-up care for longitudinal treatment
- Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services
- Use evidence-based, measurement-based care and other clinical best practice guidelines
- Message patients as part of ongoing care management
Required
- Physician (MD or DO) with psychiatry training
- Ability to provide psychiatric medication management and evaluations
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based mental health treatment

- Experience with measurement-based care
- Experience providing culturally responsive mental health care
- Comfort working in a virtual care model
