Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live video intake and follow-up visits for individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on whole-person and whole-family mental health needs. Day-to-day work includes psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching when clinically appropriate. The role is part of a connected, technology-enabled network that supports scheduling, provider matching, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute video intake psychiatric evaluations.
- Provide regular virtual follow-up visits and medication management.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as needed.
- Deliver culturally responsive mental health care tailored to individual needs and backgrounds.
- Work within a connected provider network alongside therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use a provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation opportunities when available.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.
- Eligible for contract-based psychiatric practice.
Preferred
- Experience providing virtual psychiatric care.
- Interest in whole-person or whole-family mental health treatment.
- Comfort working in a culturally responsive care model.
- Experience collaborating with therapists, coaches, or other behavioral health clinicians.
