This role provides evidence-based psychiatric care through live video intake and follow-up visits for individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. The clinician conducts psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with a focus on accessible, culturally responsive care for people from diverse backgrounds. Care is delivered within a connected network that can support referrals to therapy and coaching alongside psychiatric treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as needed
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to patients’ backgrounds and needs
- Participate in a connected provider network with support for care coordination
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support patient access and workflow
Required
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active medical license in the applicable state
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual care
- Interest in whole-person, whole-family mental health care
- Experience working with culturally diverse patient populations
- Comfort working in a collaborative, technology-enabled care model
