Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds through live video intake visits and regular follow-ups. Day-to-day work centers on psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with referrals to therapy and coaching as needed. The role is part of a connected, tech-enabled mental health network that supports scheduling, matching, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric treatment.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for individuals with varied backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Participate in a connected provider network with clinical consultation and support tools.
Required
- Medical degree with psychiatry training.
- Current or eligible psychiatry licensure.
- Experience providing evidence-based mental health care.
- Ability to deliver care via live video visits.
