Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals from diverse backgrounds through live video intake visits and regular follow-up appointments, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. The role emphasizes whole-person, culturally responsive mental health care and easy referral into therapy and coaching services as needed. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that supports matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 60-minute video intake psychiatric evaluations.
- Provide regular virtual follow-up visits and medication management.
- Assess and treat patients with a range of mental health needs and abilities.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to each patient’s background and experience.
- Collaborate within a connected provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
- Eligible for contract-based psychiatric practice.
Preferred
- Experience with virtual psychiatry or telehealth care.
- Interest in whole-person, family-centered mental health care.
- Comfort working in a culturally responsive care model.
