Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person brief interventions for referred employees and family members.
- Provide care within a short-term, confidential employee assistance program model.
- Coordinate with the call center team for intake, triage, and referral to face-to-face sessions.
- Adapt session planning to the employer-specific contract and case needs.
- Maintain confidential handling of client information and case flow.
- Participate in a network-based practice serving corporate clients and their families.
Required
- Degree in psychology.
- Relevant professional licensure or authorization to practice psychology.
