Provide virtual psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults, including 30-minute intake visits, follow-up appointments, diagnostic evaluation, and medication management. The role centers on evidence-based treatment for a diverse patient population, with attention to family engagement and culturally responsive care. Care is supported by an integrated platform with easy referral pathways to therapy and coaching services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing prescribing needs.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Engage families in treatment planning and care delivery.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from varied backgrounds and with varying needs and abilities.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
Required
- Current nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensure.
- Experience providing psychiatric/mental health care to pediatric, adolescent, or young adult patients.
- Ability to conduct care virtually via video visits.
- Contractor status as a 1099 clinician.

- Experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Experience with evidence-based psychiatric treatment and medication management.
- Comfort working in a tech-enabled virtual care model.
