Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. This role also supports whole-person mental health care across diverse backgrounds and needs, with referrals to therapy and coaching used alongside prescribing care. Care is delivered through a connected network that includes both virtual and in-person providers, with access to matching technology, provider support, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
- Provide regular follow-up visits and ongoing medication management.
- Use evidence-based treatment approaches for mental health care.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services when clinically appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Participate in a connected provider network with access to training and clinical consultation.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Certified physician assistant (PA-C) credential or NP qualification.
- Experience or training in mental health or psychiatric care.

- Experience providing care for both children and adults.
