The clinician provides evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on evaluations and medication management. The role supports whole-person mental health treatment and includes coordinating referrals to therapy and coaching as needed. Care is delivered through a connected, tech-enabled network with both virtual and in-person providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake and regular follow-up appointments for pediatric and adult patients.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for a range of mental health needs.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside prescribing care.
- Support culturally responsive, whole-person mental health care for patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Use Lyra’s provider platform and matching tools to support care delivery and scheduling.
Required
- Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) if applying as a PA.
- Experience providing psychiatric or mental health care.
- Ability to treat children, adolescents, and adults.

- Experience with evidence-based mental health treatment.
