Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake and regular follow-up appointments for pediatric and adult patients.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
- Refer patients to therapy and coaching services as needed.
- Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment within a multidisciplinary care network.
- Use a provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities.

Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or certified physician assistant.
- Experience or interest in outpatient mental health care.
