Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. The role also involves referring patients to therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated mental health care. Care is delivered in a tech-enabled, virtual model with clinical support and opportunities for training and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing medication follow-up
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Engage families in care and treatment planning
- Collaborate within a provider network supported by matching technology and a provider platform
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant eligible to provide psychiatric care
- Experience or training in child and adolescent mental health care
- Ability to provide care via telehealth video visits
