Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and follow-up appointments, with a focus on diagnostic evaluation and medication management. Care is delivered in collaboration with therapy and coaching services, and the role emphasizes family engagement and culturally responsive treatment. This is a contract clinical position within a tech-enabled mental health network that supports virtual care and structured provider workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations for child and adolescent patients.
- Provide medication management during intake and follow-up visits.
- Deliver evidence-based care through live 30-minute video appointments.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services as part of the care plan.
- Engage families in treatment planning and ongoing care.
- Use culturally responsive approaches to support patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Participate in continuous improvement and ethical clinical practice.
Required
- Current nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensure.
- Clinical experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health care to children and adolescents.
- Ability to provide care in a virtual, video-based setting.
