Provide evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that supports culturally responsive treatment and easy referral to therapy and coaching services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as needed.
- Deliver culturally responsive, whole-person mental health care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate within a connected provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant (PA-C).
- Experience or training in mental health care.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.
