Provide virtual psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults, including live video intakes, follow-up visits, diagnostic evaluations, and medication management. The role centers on evidence-based treatment, with the ability to refer patients to therapy and coaching services as needed. Care is delivered within a tech-enabled network that supports matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for child and adolescent patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Use a provider platform and advanced matching tools to support scheduling and care delivery.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical consultation when needed.
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health care.
- Ability to care for children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Comfort providing care via video visits.
Preferred
- Experience with child and adolescent mental health.
- Experience with medication management.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy coordination or integrated behavioral health care.
