Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and follow-up appointments, with a focus on evaluation and medication management. The role also includes referring patients to therapy and coaching services as part of a coordinated mental health care plan. Care is delivered in a tech-enabled, virtual model with support for scheduling and provider workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live video intake appointments.
- Provide medication management and ongoing follow-up care.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.
- Coordinate care for children, teens, and young adults with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Use culturally responsive approaches in clinical decision-making and patient engagement.
- Participate in evidence-based, technology-supported care delivery workflows.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner or physician assistant credentials.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent psychiatric care.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.
- Strong diagnostic, family engagement, and medication management skills.
