Provide virtual psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults, including live video intake visits, follow-up appointments, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Care emphasizes evidence-based treatment and culturally responsive support for patients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of needs and abilities. The role also works within a connected network that can coordinate therapy and coaching referrals alongside medication care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations for children, teens, and young adults.
- Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment response.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care.
- Deliver care in a culturally responsive, whole-person mental health model.
- Work within a connected provider network using a supportive platform and matching technology.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner or certified physician assistant credential.
- Experience or training in mental health care and psychiatric prescribing.
- Ability to provide care via telehealth/video visits.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and culturally responsive care.
